How we do it

Razor have developed a framework that enables us to select the most effective tools and techniques for each Discovery that we conduct, during which we immerse our experts with you, your colleagues and your customers.

Whether we’re facilitating a user story mapping workshop, conducting user testing, or carrying out a technical spike, this process relies on us all working together. Expect Post-its, diagrams on whiteboards, and lots of questions.

The most important outcome is clarity: a shared understanding.

We all now have the same vision of what we’re trying to achieve and we’re all speaking the same language.

The final output is a Project Specification document, which pulls together the output of each of the Discovery activities and gives us all a plan to work from. We’ll articulate the high level requirements that have been captured and, where appropriate, suggest how these requirements could be delivered iteratively. We’ll also provide timings and costs for the subsequent stages of the project and clear next steps.
